## Accessibility / Interaction Checks

Automated local QA checks:

- every HTML page links `assets/orca-accessibility.css`;
- the stylesheet includes visible `:focus-visible` handling;
- animated pages include `prefers-reduced-motion: reduce` fallbacks;
- images have `alt` attributes;
- buttons have explicit `type` attributes.

## Route Journey Checks

Automated local QA checks route journey checks for CRM approval, RAG/dokumenty and Agentic readiness:

- proof-gallery route link;
- proof page landing;
- book-audit preset and privacy-safe mailto;
- paid-audit preset and privacy-safe mailto.

After public deploy, re-run the same route journey checks against the public URL with `ORCA_PREVIEW_BASE_URL`.

## Performance Budget Checks

Automated local QA checks:

- total deploy package stays under 12 MB;
- individual HTML files stay under 120 KB;
- individual CSS files stay under 25 KB;
- individual PNG files stay under 2.6 MB;
- individual PDFs stay under 1 MB;
- individual MP4 files stay under 1.5 MB.

## Sitemap / Robots

Automated local QA checks canonical URLs and sitemap inclusion for indexable pages.

- Confirm `sitemap.xml` contains only intended indexable pages.
- Confirm noindex pages are either excluded from sitemap or intentionally included with clear reason.
- Confirm `robots.txt` does not block crawlers from reading noindex pages that are linked publicly.
- Submit sitemap in Search Console only after final public URL is stable.

## Agentic Workflow First Launch

First public validation should use:

- first post body from the Day 1 execution note;
- CTA comment: `agent gotowość`;
- first proof link after reply: `agentic-workflow-readiness-checklist.html`;
- tracker update after each reply.

Do not include all proof links in the post body.

Route replies:

- CRM follow-up pain -> `crm-follow-up-approval-audit.html`
- document/RAG pain -> `rag-claim-check-sample.html`

## Hard Guardrails

- Do not publish local filesystem paths.
- Do not publish internal Markdown, CSV, tracker or runbook files.
- Do not ask for CRM exports, inbox exports, private documents, tokens, credentials or production access in public posts or first DMs.
- Do not promise autonomous production mutation before readiness, dry-run and approval rules are defined.
- Do not publish more Agentic collateral before the first 10 contacts are logged.
